Born and raised in Las Vegas, Tina’s passion for the arts led her to graduate from the Art Institute of Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and Architecture. For three years, she worked on designing interior spaces of residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Las Vegas before the 2008 recession forced her to re-evaluate her career options. She interviewed with AIL and was immediately drawn to the income potential, vested renewals, and the ability to control her own career path as an entrepreneur.

Tina joined AIL in March 2010 at the Las Vegas office, and quickly learned that she had strong leadership skills. Within her first 90 days, she was promoted to a Master General Agent. Four months later, she was promoted to Regional General Agent and moved for the opportunity to lead the office in Boise, Idaho.

In the last eight years, Tina has moved for the opportunity eight times and has expanded her organization to Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and California.  During this time,  Tina led by example in personal production earning three qualifications for the AO Gold Club for grossing over $50,000 in a single month. Plus, qualifying for AIL’s Founder’s Club ($12,500 net ALP for 4 consecutive months with 79%+ retention) and twice for President’s Club ($150,000 net ALP/year with 80%+ retention). In 2016, while pregnant with her first child, she earned 9th place in AIL’s Top 10 Personal Producers, after competing against 7,000 producers and achieving $281,000 in net ALP production. Then in 2018, she became the 32nd Personal Producer in AO History to achieve the Million Dollar Club with over $1 Million in net ALP Lifetime production.

“My main mission and vision are to continue to hire, train, and develop dynamic leaders to have the same opportunity I was given – to run their own teams, offices, and even territories,” Tina says. “I plan on doing this through leading by example, giving amazing mentorship, and operating under the Platinum Rule: doing more for my team than they could ever do for me. I could not be more honored or grateful to be a part of this growth and expansion.”
