Roger Fung

Roger Fung joined AIL in 1991 and qualified for national convention in his 2nd month.  Roger had always been a top producer and top manager in the company. As a GA from 1994-95, He built a very successful agency producing half million dollars, and becoming a member of the prestigious 90/90 Club.

Roger earned his RGA contract in British Columbia in 2000, and one year later broke the single office record for all territories gross and net in a single year.

Roger has mentored and developed many of Altig's most successful people, including SGA  Brian Traboulay and RVP Bob Gujral.  Roger has built some of Altig's most successful offices, having a hand in Winnipeg MB, London ON, Quebec, and currently splits his time between Northern CA and Oregon.

At the age of 16 Roger emigrated from China to Vancouver, B.C.  He attended Simon Fraser University where he studied fiber optics.  Roger worked for a year with AutoCAD drawings before a friend introduced him to AIL. 

Roger’s goal is to provide the best for his family and affiliates.  He seeks to create a culture for the future, with a proven system to successfully provide for families through selfless shared knowledge and experience within a professional environment.
