Dustin Venekamp is an SGA in AIL. A native of Rapid City, South Dakota, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University in Brookings. He also received an athletic scholarship and played football for the university.

Dustin Venekamp began his career at AIL as a personal recruit in Rapid City, South Dakota. Through showing a disciplined work ethic and a passion for serving clients, he received a promotion to lead the office in Reno, Nevada. Venekamp quickly transformed the Reno office into the most productive agency in AIL World. Soon he opened and oversaw offices in Utah, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and California.

After just two years with the company, Dustin Venekamp was promoted to the Board of Directors. He also was the most quickly promoted SGA in the company’s history. Currently, Venekamp manages a large State General Agency in South Dakota, North Dakota, and Montana.  

Currently, Dustin Venekamp resides in Missoula and serves clients throughout the state of Montana. His mission is to show people how to build a lifelong rewarding career and to have an unlimited income potential, like he does. He also gives his managers a foundation for their future with immediate management opportunities,  With a people-first philosophy backed with a strong work ethic, his organization is as an example for others to follow.
